Hi, there;
If there is anyone who could help me with this bug, I would
really appreciate his or her help.
I was about to finish my project when the a/m beast appeared.
The situation is really weird.
I'm currently writing an application in D1 + DBase for a
local enterprise. The programme is supposed to work on
rather slow machines, so D2 or D3 can not be used.
My app consists of quite a number of forms. Today in
the morning I added one more form, hereinafter referred to as
the MajorPainForm.
I don't know what is so unusual aboutit- it's just like the
others: a few DB components, lables and stuff. Well, Delphi
simply objects to place a TEdit component on it. Instead it opens a
window with a/m message. Other components can be added quite easily.
I recompiled all the modules including the source
DCUs and finally managed to insert a TEdit. When I run the
programme and click the button which calls MajorPainForm.ShowModal,
Delphi inevitably shows the same message, namely "Can not create window".
I tried to run the programme in D2 and D3 - same result.
I created MajorPainForm at 9:00am. It's 20:09pm now. I'm thirsty, I'm
starving. Am I gonna die of exhaustion?????
H-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-E-LP!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. My machine's got 32Mb of memory, so the problems lurks somewhere else.
