object relational mapping - pointers needed

Post by stormchase » Fri, 08 Sep 2000 00:46:58

There seem to be a number of folks working on saving objects in
relational databases, and lots of products out there. I am looking to
pointers to good articles and discussions on the options/approaches in
use and a technical discussion of the benefits and disadvantages of
each. Any suggestions?

Check out www.cloudscape.com. Cloudscape is an Object Relational DBMS
written in Java. You might find ideas there.
