Hi,
does anyone know how to get a German language version of the BDE 2.52?
All places I know only store the English version; and the German
language support / resource DLL at ftp.borland.com is outdated.

1. BDE 2.52 , german version for D1/D2 wanted
Hi out there,
firstly, i'm looking for a BDE 2.52 (or newer?) which installs as a
german localized version (german user-interface). Does anyone know
where i can get one?
Secondly, is there a BDE-Version to install on a computer with a
network-windows-installation?
My intention is, that when i install the BDE 2.5 on a computer with a
net-windows installed, the BDE installation program wants to copy a
ctl3d.dll file to the WINDIR
--- that fails because of the insufficient accessrights --- in the
arising dialog it only offers to retry (to copy the DLL) or to abort
the installation. At that point i would like to press <ignore/skip>
