1. Taskbar-alike top-most window

I am developing an automation software that will use OLE and Visual Test to
automate various software for the purpose of batch production.  And I want
to create a task-bar style of form that will stay on top, and maybe
dockable, something that I can use as sort of a status bar to display
progress without obstructing other applications, as I said, act like Windows
taskbar.  This software is intended for Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0 environment,
and I am using Visual Basic 5.0 Enterprise Edition.
