It was fixed in service pack 5 or 6 for windows NT 4 EE I think
It's only a warning message.

1. Continuous 17832 errors every 36/ 48 hours

I am experiencing a problem with an application running queries from ODBC
to a SQL server causing 17832 login packet SQL errors. This problem occurs
approximately every 36 hours which are constant until the service is
stopped. If the service is restarted once the error occurs the problem does
not appear again for another 36 to 48 hours. However if we manually stop
and start the service the error will still occur every 36 to 48 hours.
