?How do I set growth of a database to autogrow in Access 2000/MSDE?

You can use ALTER DATABASE to do this, or SQL DMO in VBA code from the
Access front-end.

...or through OSQL.EXE, which I believe comes with MSDE (?).

ALTER in a stored procedure

Yes, in fact I've used osql to attach databases to MSDE that were built on a
SQL Server.
