Executing a DTS package from a command line

I'll keep this short and to the point:
I am having a problem executing a DTS package from a
command line.
I saved the package as a structured storage file.
Then I copied to my local server.
Opened command prompt.
Ran dtsrun /E /FMove2Ver7.dts N/Move2Ver7 /Pverify
It flashed quick but did nothing.
I don't get an error or anything- it just does nothing.
Facts:
The package was created on 2k.
I have 2k client tools installed.
It is running against 7.0 and 2k servers.
The package runs in the designer against 7.0.
The package is password protected.
The Structured Storage File is 63K.
The package was created to move 7.0 and 2k databases.

I think you are using the wrong password switch:
/P is for the user login password
/M is for the package password

try using /M instead - also, i see you are using /E
(trusted connection) which replaces /U and /P - is this
intended?
