When sql starts it gives the following error

sqlservr.exe application error
Instruction at "0xoo44ef1b" referenced at memory "0x00000010"
The memory could not be "written". This happened after a reboot.

I unistalled sql. When re installing I got rhe following error

setup.exe application error
Setup.exe application error at 0x00cb2c7a reference memory at
0xae5a6540.
memory could not be "written".

help please. What is causing this?

To be honest I'd be suspecting a hardware memory error.  Run memory
diagnostics.
