The snapshot agent runs at the distributor and it connects to the publisher
to create a snapshot of the publication. If you go to Tools-> Replication
-> Configurin Publishing, subscribers and distribution menu option and then
click on the Publishers tab and then click on the ellipsis button next to
the distribution database that corresponds to your publisher, you will see
an agent connection information. This is the security context used by the
snapshot agent to connect to the publisher. Make sure the login name and
password entered here are correct.
