MSDE 2000 SP1 Merge Modules

I downloaded the SP1 merge modules...there is only English/US resources for
this. I thought I saw a message somewhere that Microsoft had several
localized versions of this available. Was this for SP2? Where can I get
SP2 merge modules?

1. MSDE 2000 SP1 merge modules

to install MSDE integrated into a windows installer, we
need the merge modules that correspond to the SQL Server
Desktop (MSDE) SP1 CD (which does not contain the merge
modules).

even after extensive patching using Orca, the current
merge modules have so many problems that their use
impractical in creating MSI's for distribution to
customers who MAY be running SQL Server. These problems
have been solved in MSDE 2000 SP1 but the merge modules do
not seem to be available anywhere.
