problem is, can't find instmstr.sql on SQL Server 6.5 CD or HDD

It's actually in instmsdb.sql (but it gets created in master).

Why would a call to a Remote SPC cause SQL Server to
change back to the Master DB? This call returns fine
and it does what I want, but iSQL switches back to
the Master DB all on its own?
INSERT INTO #tmpTable
If I take out the call to the Remote SPC, then iSQL
doesn't switch out of DB where the SPC is called from...
any hints? is this just a feature?
