Registering Desktop SQL on Windows 98 From NT SQL Server

I recently started running the  full version of SQL Server 7 on an NT
Server, however I am also runnning a development desktop version on a
Windows 98 client.  Everytime I try to register the Windows 98 server
from the NT server I get the error "A connection could not be
established ConnectionOpen(CreateFile())

The default connection type you are trying to use is probably named pipes,
and WIN9x will not accept incoming named pipes.... Change your default SQL
net lib (using Client Network Utility) to TCP, etc and try to register the
server then...

Have you configured the NT server to use the tcp-ip sockets net-lib to connect
to Win9x?
