I connect sucessfully to my SQL Server through an ISA firewall, but
connecting to the Analysis Server fail - Server not found. Connecting from
the inside of the firewall is no problem. Do The Analysis Server use
different communication settings in any way??

Run NetMon and NetStat and you can figure out which ports the component
is connecting on. You then need to open those ports via ISA server.
