1. Error inserting Word Document in image field

I receive the error message "AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE THE DATABASE WAS
COMMUNICATING WITH THE OLE SERVER OR ACTIVEX CONTROL". I have inserted
Excel and bitmat opjects without any errors. What could be causing this?
