login failure 1069 unable to start sql server after changing NT password

I receive the following error: "login failure 1069" after changing NT
password. I cant start or access sql server. What is cause and solution?

You have to change the password also in the services window.
If you're running W2K, go to administrative tools, services, and then right
click on the mssqlserver service, and go to the log on window. There you
will be able to change the password of the sql server account.
If you're running NT 4.0, the services applet is on the control panel.
