After changing the login passsord to my network account I get the
folowing error:

Error = 1069 'The service did not start due to a logon failure'

I have gone in and changed the login password (to the new password)
for SQLSERVERAGENT in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools ->
Services but I still get the same error, even ater a reboot.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Mitul,

I suggest that you create a seperate account and password for SQL
Server services, grant the account Administrative rights, then test
the Agent service to see if it starts. It sounds like your login does
not have the necessary admin rights.
