by I am trying to change a user's security settings (granting select,
update) via the MSQL Enterprise Manager and I keep getting the following
error.
Error: 21770: The name 'mytable' was not found in the tables collection.
What is this table's collection??? Do I have a dammaged table or
something?

I have noticed that when I am making the security changes from the
Object Permissions dialog box that it will always work if I am assigning
the rights from the "By Object" page of the Object Permissions dialog
box. However if i try to assign the rights from the "By User" page on
the Object Permissions dialog box I get the error above.
This error only occurs until the security for that user on the table has
been granted. So after the first time that the security settings have
been set without errors, this error message does not happen anymore.
