1. DTS Active Jobs

If I have a job scheduled on the server, is it possible to poll the server,
via SQL-DMO, or the DTS PackageObject Library in VB, to see if a package is
running?
I wish to enable a "refresh on demand" type option, but I don't want to send
a similar DTS request for a package that is running, and impatience has the
best of them.
