Very Computer

I have a Vb 5 app which connects to SQL Server 6.5 using odbc. I am getting
the above error now and again and inserted error checking to reveal the rest
of the error message. It returned  "11 [microsoft] [ODBC SQL Server Driver]
[DBNMPNTW] ConnectionRead".

I cannot find out why this error occurs. It only happens now and again but
most of the time the application works fine. Is this caused by a timeout
problem?? Any help would be appreciated.
