To cluster MSDTC before you install SQL Server run "comclust.exe" on both
nodes (one at a time) and this will set up DTC in a cluster.

1. Pointers to information on upgrading NT4EE/SQL7 Cluster to W2KAS/SQL2K Cluster
Not looking for anything other than pointers to online documents that
discuss the pitfalls of upgrading vs installing a completely new cluster and
importing the database.
