You must use the System Administrator's (sa) when using SQL Security Manager

    any response will be appreciated

1.)  In the Server Manager window right click on the Server you wish to
administer,
      click on Configure.
2.) Click on the Security Options Tab and make sure that the "Default Login"
text box
      is set to "sa"
