How to decide the DTC version on a server?

I have a DTC (Distributed Transaction Coordinator) related question. On one
of our servers we are running SQL Server 7.0. The version of msdtc.dll on
this machine is 2.00.00.762. Our other server is running MTS. The version
of msdtc.dll on this machine is 2.00.00.765.

Are there any potential problems that can arise from having different
versions of DTC on the two machines?

If so, what do I need to do in order to get both machines running the same
version?
