our database is replicating on commit transactions real time to 3
readonly client databases.
What type of replication should I choose, transactional or snapshot,
bearing in mind the client is read only but need real time transmit.
Please recommend?

1. transactional and snapshot replication
Hello Mandar,
We have never seen snapshot replication suddenly turn into transactional replication. I just tried to reproduce the problem here but could not. If
this is still a problem, please open a case with Microsoft support to work through this issue.
