1. Linked Server - Access 97 Workgroup Access
I have some access databases set up as Linked Servers. One of the databases
is secured, using a MS Access Workgroup account.
Problem is that we can't seem to run any queries on the linked
server/database. Books Online instructed us to insert a
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\jet\4\SystemDB registry setting
pointing to the Access Workgroup .mdw file we use to access the database.
Still no reults.
Also, specifying the workgroup usernames and passwords in the security
properties dialog gets us nowhere.
What am I missing or doing wrong?
