Once installed, you should be able to add sockets by running SQL Setup and
adding network support.

1. Comparing NetBios->TCP/IP vs TCP/IP Sockets running SQL Server ODBC
Could someone give me the advangtages/disadvantages of running the sockets
network vs Netbios?
Are there any limitations using either approach?
Please--give me any input on experiences with using one over another.
