by Anybody know where I can get my grubby hands on the ODBC 2.1 SDK? I
am working with a 16-bit application, so I need to work with 2.1,
which was the last version to directly support 16-bit. The newer
versions support thunking, but I believe I need to write to the 2.1
spec. I have the ODBC 2.1 components (Administrator, DLLs), but not
the SDK.
The MS ftp site has 2.5 and 3.x, but not the older versions. Can't
find it on my old MSDN library disks either. Any thoughts?
