Backup SQL 6.5 to SQL 7.0

Can I backup my databases on a SQL 6.5 and restore to a SQL 7 using SQL
backup without problems ???

A SQL 6.5 backup is not compatible with later versions.

A SQL 7.0 backup may restored to SQL 2000.  SQL Server 2000 will upgrade the
database on the fly.
