Does anyone know of any sql server stored procedure de*?

It seems that they are various Oracle de*s.  Why not SQL Server?

SQL-Programmer is coming out with a version that supports SQL 7.0. I have
used it against Sybase and it is a very useful tool. Now if I can only
remember who makes it.

VB5 Enterprise has a T-Sql de*.
