Is relay supported in sql 2?  Can you use merge replication through
activesync in 2.0 through some other method?

If you have a PocketPC2002, you can use merge replication through
ActiveSync's Desktop Passthrough connection without relay.  If you are using
PocketPC, or HPC2k, you will need to use SSCERelay, just as in SQL Server CE
1.x.

Does Relay come with CE 2.0 on the SDE disk?  Can I use the relay from sql
ce 1.1?

Relay should come with the SDE, but you can use the Relay from 1.1 as well.
They are the same.
