You'd need to use the IMAGAE datatype to store the images directly in SQL
Server. There is info on how to do this on TechNet, MS www site, and other
places. For a variety of reasons... many people decide to store the images
in the OS filesystem and simply store a path location in the DB.

1. PICTURE IN DATABASE

Well, I solved the problem....

I do this to save:
    RecordSetName("FieldName") = PictureControl.Picture

To load:
    PictureControl.Picture = RecordSetName("FieldName")

IT WORKS REALLY FINE!!!! (just don't try to open it in Access, or Save it as
an OLE Object, or it will blow your Database/Program in a FLASH!!!!)

Well, what matters is: IT WORKS!!!!!

PS: Thanks U all, folks!
