One quick way is to use Microsoft Access.

1) Open the dbase file with Access
2) Do a "File->Save As"
3) Chose Save as file type: ODBC Databases (it's at the bottom of the combo
box list)
4) Choose SQL Server
5) Via ODBC (which you must set-up a connection for) the table will be
created and the date inserted into SQL Server.

1. HELP: importing DbaseIV files to Paradox

Is there someone out there with some experience in importing data files
from DbaseIV to Paradox?.
This is my problem, I imported some files in DbaseIV format (about 1MB
each) to Paradox, now my files are in Paradox format but each one grew
to about 3MB. Now, instead of the 7MB of data, I have 22MB with the same data
in Paradox format. What did I do wrong? Did I forgot to turn off some
switches while importing?
Any help will be appreciated
