I can't seem to print in high-res 600dpi mode on my HP 660cse printer.
I can only print in 300 dpi mode. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

1. can video card cause hp 660cse print problems ??
I recently purchased a H.P. 660 cse ink jet printer. Everything works
fine except when I try and print plain black text in the best mode.
The printer will first print the text in light blue then overite the
text in a gray color and then overite the text in black. The text
looks good, but 5 minutes to print one simple text page is way to
long. I called H.P. and talked to three different technicans. They
told me that in the best mode the printer should write the text twice
and use only the black cartridge when printing. When I explained my
problem no one had any answers except one tech who said he had the
same problem himself and was being caused by the video card. Has
anyone else every had a problem like this. I am using windows 95 on a
micron 133 with an ati mach32 video card. I have reinstalled the
drivers for the printer and video card and have tried different
resolutions with the video card with no luck. This problem occurs in
any program that i try to print from also. Is H.P. just feeding me a
line or what!!
