Q for VSLM demons

If I subnet:

192.168.1.0 / 27 (3 bits)

Delta = 32 and we have

Network      192.168.1.0
SN               192.168.1.32    .33-.62     192.168.1.63 SN Mulitcast

etc

If I use VLSM on 192.168.1.160 /27

Then with 3 extra bits of sub subnetting (30 bits) - we have what? (2  power
3)-2 = 6 subnets? What are id's - all way up to subnet broadcast? I don't
see what id's and hosts are.

How do I represent this? I'm confused.

Thanks - Chris

Your subnet would be .160
hosts would fall into  .161 - .190
your broadcast would be  .191

1. VSLM and 0 net

I have a class B to work with and I'm using a subnet (masked to a class
C 255.255.255.0) which I need to further subnet to 255.255.255.252. What
I want to verify is that if the subnet were 157.134.24.0 that I would
indeed be able to use the 'all 0' net and 'all 1' net (ie. the network
157.134.24.0 and 157.234.24.252 respectively)?

I do understand the the above addresses are not really 'all 0' and 'all 1'
networks.
