I have purchased a Cisco ATA 186 (firmware version 2.11) and
wish to upgrade to the latest (2.14). When I go to:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ata186
it prompts me for a CCO userid/login.
Do I have to pay for a firmware upgrade? Or, is there another
'free' way of getting this box upgraded?
