Request working ATA-186 H.323 config

Would someone be kind and email/post an ATA-186 H.323 config that is
known to work.

I'm particularly intereted in a config in that the ATA-186 will allow
incoming calls

I've got outgoing calls working no problem with a gateway. But am
really stuck without taking incoming calls.

H.323 has IP Address information in the data portion of the packet. You will
need an application level proxy to rewrite that information.
