Can anybody recommend a third party Help Authoring Program for JavaHelp.

I use Forehelp3 (www.ff.com). You make one project which can be saved
as Winhelp, Javahelp, HTMLhelp, HTML, etc. Its interface is good, and
customer support is helpful.
You can use FM (or other WP) as the primary authoring tool, then import
it into Forehelp.

     Java[TM] Specification Request (JSR) 97: JavaHelp[TM] 2.0 Specification is
     now in its public review phase, which closes May 1, 2003. This major update
     to the JavaHelp 1.0 Specification features enhancements to merging,
     multi-topic printing, improved secondary window and popup usage, HelpSet
     presentation controls and additional Navigators.

     Developers and authors can use JavaHelp software, which is a full-featured,
     platform-independent, extensible help system, to incorporate online help in
     applets, components, applications, operating systems and devices. In
     addition, authors can use the JavaHelp software to deliver online
     documentation for the Web and corporate Intranet.

     The new specification will benefit the Java technology community with the
