Quickie, Delay delays before delaying

The "void delay(int)" command as declared in the "dos.h" header
file, allows the program to continue until it finaly decides to delay the
program. This is minorly annoying, especially when subsequent delays are
issued, causeing one giant delay shortly after, causing the novice to
declare a program stall.

        fflush(stdin), fflush(stdout), won't work. Perhaps you know.
