That post above should have read...

I still have my good ol' Atari 400 from '83.  My first computer... sentimental,
etc. etc.

I am looking for 400/800 cartridges now.

Can you believe it? I have a 400, too!  Original membrane keyboard!
16K RAM!  410 cassette player (still works, too!)!  How's that for nostalgia?

But, <sigh>, I upgraded(?) to a 65XE, Indus disk drive, Supra modem, Star
printer.

As for cartridges, I saw some at Lionel play-world a LONG time ago, and my
local Atari dealer has some, I'm sure, but I haven't been there since last
year.

One good source for 8-bit cartridges, among other things for the Atari
8-bit computer is  American Techni-Vision at  1-800-551-9995

Tell them you heard about them through the Atari Interface magazine..!

1. Avalon Hill 1983 catalog!!! WOW!!

I made a big score on some Avalon Hill games including "Quest of The Space
Beagle", "G.F.S. Sorceress", and I got the boxes and doc's for "Andromeda
Conquest","Legionnaire","Bomber Attack", and "Planet Miners". Interestingly
the space beagle and sorceress were on disk! I thought all AH games were
cassette. I'm going through all of the documentation and I'll be posting as
much as I can when I can. For the moment, I've got the 1983 catalog up. The
1984 catalog hardly mentioned computer games at all except for a
parts/compatability/price chart, which was printed so small I couldn't get a
readable scan on it. If anyone wants to check out the 1983 catalog here's
the link....

Probably within the next week or two, I'll add some more stuff.
