Found the problem. dtbuilder doesn't like writing to an NFS-mounted
directory which was on a non-Solaris machine. Works fine on /tmp!

Problem:Cannot save from CDE/AppBuilder

When trying to save a project from CDE-1.0 or CDE-1.0.1's dtbuilder
(a.k.a. AppBuilder), running on Solaris-2.4, the program hangs.
A Ctrl-C in the term window will bring up a dialog that there are
unsaved changes - a "discard changes" option will work, but nothing
else.
Anyone else seen this problem? Note the module file will be created
but not the project file. Thanks.

1. root cannot see the install-cde on 2.5x86

I know i must be sdoing something silly wrong =)
when I try to install the CDE into my Solaris 2.5x8 system
root cannot see 'that is execute' the install-cde script
on the CDE disc.I can copy it .. 'vi' it etc .. but not run it.
why is that so ? ..
